THE EMERALD POOL	CARIB INDIAN RESERVATION	CASTLE BRUCE	SERIOUS HIKES
	The Carib Indian reservation is home to the last remaining recognised tribe in the world. Here you will see traditional handicrafts being made at the side of the road, as well as some stunning natural sites like		Many of our guests have chosen Dominica for the hikes. If this is you, then you will not be disappointed. From short walks to local waterfalls, to the 6 hour round trip hikes to either the boiling lake or Morne Trois Pitons,
Only 2 minutes from our rainforest accommodation is the world famous Emerald Pool. This cool emerald green pool is a fantastic spot to cool off under the stunning waterfall, in breathtaking rainforest surroundings.	L'escalier de tete chien, a snake like rock formation jutting out into the ocean, believed to be the protector of the tribe.	Castle Bruce is the nearest main village to our rainforest accommodation. A quaint little village stooped in history and tradition. It also has an amazingly spectacular Atlantic beach, ideal for both bathing and surfing.	nearly 1500m above sea level, you will certainly experience the challenge of Dominica's peaks.
